When we began our house search, we weren’t even sure what state we wanted to live in. Floyd was recommended to us since he was licensed in both MD and VA and was a “pleasure to work with.” We met with him and though we didn’t know a lot about exactly what we were looking for house-wise, we did know instantly Floyd was the agent we wanted to work with. Floyd was incredibly helpful from the get-go, even building us complex spreadsheets to help narrow our somewhat odd criteria (acreage, no HOA, farm animals permitted, commutable to DC and to good school, no transmission lines or planned lines in near future, and that’s not even to mention the actual house!) He constantly went above and beyond, regularly driving over an hour to show us houses at the end of remote gravel roads. He was also incredibly patient with us and gracious even when we had him write an offer and then changed our mind minutes before submitting (this happened more than once!) In the end, we found a wonderful home that checked all our crazy boxes and are incredibly appreciative for all Floyd’s efforts in realizing our dream!

Floyd was wonderful to work with in finding my home. I was a very challenging customer who liked old houses, contemporary houses, city houses, houses in the country. I was all over the place and we looked at places from Silver Spring to Severna Park to Deale. I dragged him all over Hell’s half acre and he hung in there with me while I searched for my place surrounded by nature. We eventually found it and I made a new friend in the process. Floyd is professional, remarkably patient, listens carefully, is fun, and makes a nerve wracking process enjoyable. I can’t recommend Floyd highly enough.
